Couples on the Couch follows three very different couples as they enter into three different types of relationship counselling and therapy. This programme sees the emotional highs and lows as they attempt to return their relationships to a state of well-being.

Each half-hour programme follows one couple through a week of rows, make-ups, counselling sessions, confrontations and resolutions as we look at their therapy sessions and in their everyday lives.

Couples on the Couch is a fascinating insight into the dynamics of relationships, how they work and how people resolve their problems through counselling.
